The Hearing Center

The Hearing Center at Lake Oconee Village was ready for owner occupancy on October 4, 2004. This project was completed both "on time" and "on budget".

This is the second free-standing office building completed by us in Lake Oconee Village. It is also only the second such building that has been built, and we have constructed both of them.

Courtyards at Park Place

We were the Design/Build General Contractors for this project.

Presenting The Courtyards at Park Place. Phase I contains 10,250 square feet of commercial/retail space. First Georgia Banking Company at the Lake, Richland Creek Restaurant, and Blinds-R-Us anchor the Phase I building.

Office Building Completed

We were chosen from four companies bidding to build the very first Office Building in Reynolds Plantation's Lake Oconee Village.

This 6,800 sq.ft. building is a four suite building that is 100% occupied with two tenants, Piedmont Community Bank and Blasingame, Burch, Garrard, and Ashley, P.C., Attorneys. anchor this building.
