If you're contemplating purchasing a lot to build your dream home on, we'll be happy to meet with you on the lot to discuss the lot's characteristics relative to your floor plan and thoughts about how the house might look one it's built. We can also produce a three dimensional rendering and illustration using your floorplan and the plat of the lot.
We have built single family subdivisions, townhomes, cluster housing, spec-built "For Sale" housing, and unique, one-of-a-kind custom homes---all ranging from 1,600 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. Our average size custom built houses approximate 3,800 square feet of heated space.
If you require full architectural design, we can refer you to experienced residential architects. If your needs are less involved, we can handle floor-plan designs and elevations with our in-house CADD design tools and capabilities---even 3-Dimensional renderings with full furniture/cabintery/appliance/fixtures placements.
If you already have a plan that you like, but would like to have modifications done for your individual needs, we can accomplish those with our in-house tools, as well.
We can produce full floor-plans, elevations, working drawings, site plans, and detail sheets with our in-house HP DesignJet color printer/plotter.
Almost all of our work is computerized, from design to project cost analysis, project planning and scheduling, and project cost reporting of actual costs incurred. We never have to "guess" where we are with respect to your construction project.
If you have purchased an existing residence and it needs either a partial or complete "facelift", we can handle that in the same manner as one complete from scratch. Our remodeling division has accomplished over 15 significant projects in the last three years, ranging from less than $6,000 to over $300,000. No project is too large or too small. We would be happy to provide our remodeling references to you as well.
