Many of our Customers have either an existing deck, covered porch, or screened porch as an integral part of their initial construction project with their new home.

Over time, many have come back to us for design modifications and changes based on how they have begun to use their porches.  Some add additional covered space, some add screened in spaces, and some convert their screened space to a "four-season" room.

For those homes inside the gated golf communities, strict adherence to Architectural Review Board policies must be considered for all exterior projects and modifications, based on the individual communities' design standards.

Below is one recent project:

This couple had tired of the yearly grind of cleaning their screened in porch in the springtime due to the amount of yellow pine pollen that accumulated, so they got a head start in the Fall by converting their porch with sliding and awning windows, all of which match the existing window and door package original to their home when it was first built.

The use of awning windows below the sliding ones allows them to gain maximum air flow and ventilation during the warmer seasons.

This is a Del Webb patio expansion and screen structure at a Copper Ridge plan:

The Federal Rail fencing has 3" x 3" aluminum posts anchored into the expanded patio area and has 1" pickets.  The entire railing system has a durable powder coat finish that will never require painting.  The shade structure is also made entirely of aluminum for a maintenance free advantage.
