This home is situated overlooking beautiful Lake Oconee with a daily sunset view with three miles of unobstructed water to the opposite shoreline.

It features four full bedroom suites, Great Room with 12' ceilings, Dining Room with double level treyed 14' high ceiling, and an open floor plan where everyone congregates with ease. In total, the house has over 6,200 square feet of heated and air-condition space.

The Lower Level features a 22'x45' Game Room complete with Wet Bar, built-in TV/Entertainment Center, and a Brunswick pool table.

Our trim carpenters spent three months, 40 hours per week, perfecting the interior trim presentation room by room. Many were so delicate that we actually made custom moldings at the job site. See some of these in our section "Custom Detailing".

This floorplan is the Southern Living Magazine's 1995 Idea House that was built in Austin, Texas---"The Barton Creek". It was modified in many ways by the Owner in consultation with a local architect. Rooms were exanded and/or realigned. The garage was expanded for three cars. Elevations were modified to meet Reynolds Plantation Architectural Review Board requirements for Jackson's Ridge. Lastly, a full basement was added with Family Room, Billiard Room, Airplane Workshop (Yes, your read that correctly!), Wine Storage, etc, etc.

When neither the original architect nor the local one were able to produce the working drawings, Grayson Family Homes produced them on our in-house computer aided design and drafting systems.

Davis Ridge

Floorplan design by Grayson Family Homes and Owner Exteriors by "Pencil Dave". This French style home has exquisite interior detailing, limestone fireplaces, cherry cabinetry, and wonderful molding details. It sits on over four acres with lake access to Lake Oconee.

Overlooking The National Ridge Course

This home is nestled into the trees just to the right of the # 2 Teebox on the Ridge course. It features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and has a dramatic vaulted ceiling throughout the entire Great Room and Kitchen. The Master Bedroom, Dining Room, and Breakfast Room also feature either vaulted or treyed ceilings.
