From Concept to Completion |

In late Fall, 2005, Dennis and Sheryl Bailey contacted several builders at Reynolds Plantation, including Grayson Family Homes, about building their new home at Great Waters.
We asked them to send us online links to the floor plans that they were considering. When they arrived for our meeting, we presented them with virtual tours of the two homes they were considering. We did this using our photorealistic architectural rending software.
Because their visit was during the Christmas/New Year's holiday period, we included a Christmas tree as part of the rendering. They quickly selected Grayson Family Homes as their builder over all others that they interviewed.
Two years later, they are enjoying their first holiday season in their new home and provided us with a photo of their first Christmas tree in the new home, along with the following testimony: Merry Christmas!
Two years ago when we met for the first time you gave us a virtual tour of our proposed house. That tour gave us a vision of future possibilities. We knew we shared the same vision when you placed the Christmas Tree in the great room bay window. That sealed the deal.

If you look closely you will see the golf course and homes on the other side of the fairway...........then go back and look at the concept photo.
You will then see that we were able to take a photo of the rear view from their lot as part of our concept presentation. This allowed the Bailey's to get a far better idea of what their final views would be from inside their home.........which is, in fact, quite realistic today in comparing our concept to the reality after the final construction process.
